1.) TATA NEXON EV :

Tata has made its global debut in this category by launching a fully electric vehicle in the Indian market in the form of Tata Nexon.While it was not Tata’s first electric car, Tata introduced the electric vehicles as Tagore before, but Nexon is the first of the new generation electric vehicles that will use the Ziptron electric power train technology.

Nexon Ev has a battery of 30.2 kwh which, once charged, sets the distance up to 300 Km. Electric powertrain technology provides Nexon EV with 245 maximum torque, it achieves maximum speed in 9.9 seconds.

The battery can be charged up to 80 percent in 60 minutes with the help of fast charger, while the home charger will take up to 4 hours. In appearance, it is almost like Nexon.

It features a single humanity line grille, flanked by a set of sharp headlamps with projector lights and LED day-time running lamps.

The car gets a bigger air dam, foglamps with chrome bezels, new alloy wheels, ORVMs with turn indicator and similar taillamps.

The price of Tata Nexon is expected to be between 14–15 lakhs and it may hit the market by January 2020 in India.

2.) TATA Altroz :

Tata’s Altroz will also be Tata’s big launch this year along with Tata Nexon EV. Tata Altroz competes with the Hyundai i20 and the Maruti Suzuki Baleno as Tata’s first premium hatchback.

It has a 1.2 liter petrol and 1.5 liter engine, which will have a 5 speed manual gearbox. The newly launched model will not feature automatic transmission.

The top model of the car will have fog lamps, rear defogger, projector headlamps, and LED DRLs lights. The car has an adjustable driver seat on 4 sides and a passenger seat on 2 sides adjustable. It has 4 inch TFT color display with navigation and media service.

Other features of car are engine push button Start/Stop, fast charing, power window, rear AC vents, Smart key, cruise control, rain sensor wiper, seat belt reminder, speed sensing auto door lock, electric tailgate, auto headlamp, Ideal Start Stop, Car will come with dual airbags, engine immobilizer, cornering fog lamp, ISOFIX child seat mounts and many other features.

3.) New Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza :

Maruti Suzuki Vitara was launched by the company in 2016, due to its immense success, the company has made several changes and launched new models.

They may launch the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Petrol at the Auto Expo of 2020 due to Maruti Suzuki ceasing production of diesel engine cars from April 2020.

Considering the performance of Maruti’s petrol engine, customers are eagerly waiting for its petrol version. In this, he has been replaced with a new LED DRLs instead of LED bulb.

4.) HYUNDAI AURA :

Hyundai has started 2020 with Hyundai AURA, it will be market in January 2020.It will become the company’s identity in this segment by replicating the Hyundai XCENT.

The Aura is a new generation model of the Hyundai Xcent and its styled like the Grand i10 Nios which was launched in 2019.

Hyundai can take two model of Petrol variants and one diesel engine motor in it which is of BS 6 category. It has the first 1.2 Liter petrol engine variant that provides 82 bhp and 114 Nm power.

It has both AMT and 5 speed manual transmission options. There is also a more powerful 1 Liter petrol engine option available. This has a 5 speed manual transmission.

It provides power of 99 bhp and 172 Nm. Its diesel engine variant has a 1.2 liter engine that provides 74 bhp and 190 Nm power. Its ex-showroom price is likely to be sold from 5.81 lakh to 8.79 lakh in Delhi.

5.) New Generation Honda City :

Honda City has launched its fifth generation C-segment sedan car at an event in Thailand for the global market.

In this new model, the company has further improved its quality, space and power.

This new Honda City uses a turbocharged motor.

It is currently built for the market of South Asia. It will be launched in India in 2020, which will have both diesel and petrol engine options.

6.) New Generation HYUNDAI Creta :

In SUV category Hyundai Creta is in best selling cars. This car can be launched at the 2020 Auto Expo. Soon after, it may be available to people in the market in March 2020.

In Creta there are three variant of engine 1.5 liter petrol, 1.5 liter Diesel with 140 bhp power and 1.4 liter turbo GDI petrol with an optional 7 speed dual clutch transmission. In these three type engines come with 6 speed manual gearbox.

In Diesel engine variant automatic 6 speed torque convertor also available. Here some new feature like 6 airbags across engine, ABS, EBD, inbuilt air purifier, Sunroof, Power adjustable front seat and blue link connecting facility.

7.) TATA Gravitas :

Tata has just announced that in February this year, Tata will launch its SUV Tata Gravitas.

This is the 7 seater new version of Tata Harrier, in which Design has been updated. It was built on the platform of the Land Rover on which Harrier was also built.

It also uses Fiat 2.0 liter 4 cylinder diesel engine like Harrier. Its torque and power have not been declared by the company yet.

Its interior design is almost like Harrier but its front design has been changed.

8.) New Generation XUV500 :

Mahindra XUV 500 is one of the best selling SUV of Mahindra, so company upgrade it with new more upgraded features and increase its power.

It can be launched in the market by the mid-2020s. BS6 grade diesel engine has been installed inside it.

Its design and features have been upgraded with some changes.

9.) MG ZS Electric SUV :

In segment of electric cars MG planned to launch electric version of MG Hector. After best selling of MG Hector Model, Company decides to upgrade it to electric version.

MG plans to launch the ZS electric SUV in January 2020. It will have a 44.5 kWh power battery which will run 340 km once fully charged.

It has a lithium iron battery which will be 80 percent charged in 40 minutes through a 50 kW DC charger and fully charged in seven hours via a standard 7.4 kW charger.

The power of 141 bhp and 353 Nm is produced by its synchronous motor. This car catches a speed of 0-100 km in 8 seconds.
