Some of the highlights of an amazing Thanksgiving in New York City! Every year I realize how blessed and fortunate we are to be able to enjoy moments like these. The kids grow up so fast— and soon it will be just Rebecca and I on to the next episode — but this series is an ACTION SERIES and the pace picks up! This is for those in my history who never made it this far, and never could even dream to see and do the things I have seen and done. So much love to @lilly, @therealoak34 @nbc, @verizon @macys @dawnn_lewis for the TIX to @tinabroadway @azrielcrews @t.crew_ @lovely_blossom_skeleton @showtimesupreme1 and my beautiful wife @therealrebeccakingcrews the queen at the head of the table!
After several weeks waiting for the breast cancer to be confirmed by a doctor, Rebecca said “After the call I had this clear vision of myself stepping through a door, and on the other side of this door, the sun was shining brightly and I was very happy.”
“I just had this sense that I was going to be OK.”
Rebecca told that he also had the same symptoms “My husband has watched me go through a lot, but the look on his face… he looked at me like I was going to die,” Rebecca said. “He told me it felt like his insides were melting.” “I said, ‘I need you to be strong for me,’ and he said, ‘OK,’ and hugged me, but I think he needed that hug.”
“Been so nervous, too, because a couple times considered woken up in the middle of the night with trouble breathing and thought, ‘Oh no.'”
“I have to give him his props because I’ve been cooking for me, helping me bathe, and just really stepping up,” Crews says. “I tease him all the time, caring like, did I have to get cancer to be treated like this ?!”
