Lucknow’s Sarojninagar police have issued notice to record Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor’s statement on Monday.
The notice states that they should give a statement on the FIR lodged against them at police station in Sarojninagar by April 30. She has requested full cooperation from police.
Kanika Kapoor was investigated after coming to Lucknow in which she was confirmed to have corona infection. She is discharged from the hospital on 6 April.
Kanika Kapoor broke her silence on Sunday after being discharged from the hospital by putting a picture of the family on Instagram.
Actually, She came from London to Mumbai on March 9 and from Mumbai to Lucknow on March 11. She first went to her house from the airport, then stayed at Hotel Taj for two days.
It was alleged that he was advised to quarantine at home at Mumbai Airport itself. But he did not do so and participated in many events in Lucknow and Kanpur. Many officers, leaders attended these ceremonies.
There was a lot of hue and cry over it. Only after this, a lawsuit was filed against Kanika at Sarojninagar police station for not following health rules and hiding the truth.
