Lockdown 2.0 : Narendra Modi extended Lockdown till 3 May

PM Narendra Modi announced to extend the lockdown implemented in the country for the prevention of COVID-19.

In his address to the nation released from 10 am, he said that many states have already decided on the lockdown.

Now the lockdown in India will have to be extended for 3 May. PM Modi said that conditinal permission may be given some areas after April 20.

At the same time, according to the data rekeased by Union Ministry of Health, 1211 cases were reported in the last 24 hours and 31 people have died.

After this, the total number of corona positive cases in the country has increased to 10,000+. Of which 8988 are active, 1035 have become healthy or have been discharged from hospital and 339 people have died.

Today 48 new cases have been reported In Jaipur(Rajasthan), 45 in Gujrat, 6 in Mumabai’s Dharavi.
