There have been 8,726 new cases in Russia in the last twenty-four hours, 8,580 in the US, and 6,007 in Brazil. With this, the number of infected people in the country has crossed 2.5 lakhs, which is just less than Italy. In the last week alone, more than 60 thousand cases have increased.
In the bulletin issued by the Union Health Ministry at eight in the morning, it has been told that the number of infected people in the country has increased to 2,26,770 and so far 6,348 people have died.
The reason for the difference in data from the Ministry of Health and other sources is the delay in getting the data from the states to the central agency.
On Friday, 334 people lost their lives, including 139 deaths in Maharashtra. This is the highest number of deaths in a day in any state.
Apart from this, 58 deaths are also reported in Delhi, 35 in Gujarat, 12-12 in Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, 11 in Bengal, two each in Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh and one each in Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Odisha. .
