After all, the wait for these days is over. After attending many weddings this year, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have also decided to tie the knot in December this year. According to film critic Rajiv Masand, his marriage is likely to take place right after the release of his film Brahmastra.
In his column for a digital magazine, the entertainment journalist revealed that insiders have revealed that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have agreed to marry in December. The wedding preparations have started and their families have started talking to fix the date for the wedding programs.
Recently, Alia Bhatt accompanied Ranbir Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor to their cousin Armaan Jain’s wedding reception. They all arrived at the venue together and posed for a photo together. Alia Bhatt appeared in the video along with Neetu inside the party.
Earlier, the Razi actress flew to Delhi along with Ranbir, Neetu and Rishi Kapoor. Here a veteran actor was in the hospital for treatment of an infection.
Both of them have been dating each other for many years. They are often spotted simultaneously in many places. Last year, at an award show, Alia announced that she loves someone. After receiving the Best Actress trophy for the film Raazi, the actress uttered some love-filled words for Ranbir in her thanksgiving speech. She said, “Meghna [director Meghna Gulzar], for me, ‘Razi’ is you, your blood-sweat. You are my main girl. Vicky [Kaushal], without you the film would not be complete. Thank you, my mentor, Karan to be my mentor, father and my fashion cop. Tonight is all about love, there, my special, I love you Ranbir. ”
Earlier in several interviews, Alia dismissed the news of her marriage to Ranbir. He had said, “I am too young to think about all this. When I feel that I am ready to be in a strong bond with Ranbir, we will think ahead of it. But right now, I am married to my work I’m doing and me too. My relationship is going well. ”
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be seen together in Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming film Brahmastra. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna Akkineni. The Brahmastra is likely to hit theaters on December 4.
