Disney’s Lion King animator Ann Sullivan dies after her 91st birthday due to coronavirus.
Ann Sullivan, who worked on Disney classics like The Little Mermaid and The Lion King, died on 13 April from complications caused by coronavirus.
After graduating in the 1950s, she began to work as a member of The Walt Disney Company’s animation paint lab.Sullivan left her job, but re-entered the business in 1973 when she and Hanna Barbera started at Filmnation.
Before retiring in the early 2000s, she is best known for her work on Disney classics such as The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Lilo and Stitch.
